I've tried the smaller version of this restaurant at Valleyfair mall but this by far is waaaaaaaay better! I love the environment and the awesome food! Hands down best new england chowdah in the peninsula. The Naked Lobstah roll is so tasty and delicious! I'm definitely coming back whenever I'm in RWC.

Shey is wonderful a reason alone for 5 stars, she has gone out of her way to make me fall in love with lobster shack. I tried the gazpacho it's wonderful my goto when I need a fast seafood fix

It's a kitschy rendition of a New England lobster shack, and it's good, if expensive. Girlfriend introduced us to the place, she said it's close enough to home (Boston), and everyone there greets them all by name, and very kid-friendly. My go-to is the naked roll, full of lobster chunks on a crispy buttery sandwich roll. Coleslaw is good. I like the clam chowder, lobster bisque is just ok. Serve yourself water from the dispensers to the left of the restaurant. I come back whenever I'm close by and not near enough to Burlingame for NE Lobster Market. Always been good.

The naked lobster roll was worth it.

Consistently great food and service. The restaurant manager - Shay - is kind and friendly and always creates a welcoming atmosphere. Will go back there soon.

I had forgotten that I have already wrote about this place. I come just once in a blue moon. It's tough spending $23 for a sandwich. But in fairness, it is not 'just a sandwich'! It is the BEST sandwich you have ever had. When the food arrives, i was a little sad- due to the small size, but i was in for a surprise - there is a LOT of lobster in that roll. I had a cup of clam chowder for a starter. I did my best to finish the sandwich, but i was super stuffed. The fries were amazing. I actually left with my soup. I was too full to eat it. It is worth the money. Quality product that is delicious too.

I regularly visit this location as the lobster rolls are to die for! The blueberry cobbler was tasty, but less up to par. I have no complaints about the service! All the workers were friendly and willing to go out of their ways to help customers. They were all genuinely apologetic when they informed me they were out of lobster cakes. Parking can be tough because the parking lot is so small and the spaces are thin. However, it is not difficult to park on one of the back streets nearby. I would definitely recommend coming here for the naked lobster rolls

Came here the other day and ordered the double lobster roll (Maine style) with a side of fries and coconut shrimp. The food was delicious and the customer service was so nice and they were quick with everything.

Delicious lobster sandwiches, need a bigger restaurant, very popular on weekends.

Love the food -- it is worth the price! The crab sandwiches are LOADED with so much meat--unbelievable amount! However, the high price warrants a little friendlier waittress. Sorry Old Port Lobster Shack, I am a huge fan of your food but your waittress continues to be a little grouchy and non-responsive. I have visited several times. Hate to complain, but she needs a little customer service training.

The lobster rolls are excellent, the Maine style is just lobster and butter, or you can get the 'all dressed' that was mayo and other goodies mixed in with the lobster . . . fast friendly service. Great selection of east coast beers too. They have at least two locations on the Pennisula.

Line was out the door when we got there but moves quickly. Loved everything I tried, clam chowder, onion rings and the lobster roll. The double play is perfect for 2 people. Service is efficient and friendly. Will definitely have to go back
